ZeonFX has appointed a Data Protection Officer to ensure that our Company manages/processes your personal information in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT

In view of the above, we need to verify your identity in order to accept you as our client and we will need to use those details in order to effectively manage your trading account with us. By submitting your personal data, you consent to your personal information being processed by staff of ZEONFX operating outside the EEA who work for us. Such staff may be, among others, engaged in the fulfilment of your requests, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
